Retail Order Return Policy

Retail Items are returnable if You Don't like our hair. Chiuin guarantees that accept returns or exchanges if you do not satisfy our hair product within 7 days after the order status is delivered.

Instruction For Return Or Exchange (Only For Retail Order)

1. Any return or exchange should be made within 7 days after the order status is delivered.

2. The returned or exchanged hair must be in its original condition. NOT used, permed, dyed.

3. Customers can send returns to the return address we gave you. Once we receive the returned hair as its original condition, we will refund it to your account.

4. If we send the wrong item, Chiuin Hair will pay the shipping cost.

5. Customer will pay the shipping cost if because of dislike the hair you just received.

Processing Of The Return Or Exchange (Only For Retail Order)

1. Contact us within 7 days after the order status is delivered, If you want to return or exchange

2. Send us your order number, your name, and product photos.

3. The Chiuin customer team will offer you a return address.

4. Once we receive the hair in its original condition, we will fix a refund or exchange.

Wholesale Order Return Policy

For Wholesale Orders, the refund and return policy will only apply if we send the wrong items. In any other case, NO REFUND OR RETURN is allowed on any grounds.
