The Founder
I'm Freddy Chan, the founder of Chiuin Hair. Upon graduating from university in 2012, I chose a different path from my peers; rather than join big companies through interviews, I knew I had to chase my dreams to truly succeed and achieve greatness. That's when I decided it was time to fight for my own company, complete with its unique brand and corporation. Through relentless hard work and dedication, Chiuin Hair was born.
Initially, I started as a wholesale hair vendor on Alibaba, just like countless other hair merchants who leverage the platform to promote and sell their products. The majority of these merchants hail from Asian countries, including China, India, and Vietnam.
As demand grows, so does supply, expanding the market but also intensifying competition. In today's landscape, you'll find people constantly seeking new ways to sell cheaper, whether by cutting costs, resorting to scams, slashing profits, or compromising on services. If you keep an eye on the hair product market, you'll notice countless scams out there, eager to deceive and rob you of your hard-earned money. I've had enough of this, which is why I'm leaving Alibaba in search of a platform where I can engage directly with my customers.
